With your consent, we collect personal data such as name and surname and email. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending you notifications, messages or surveys during your stay, through this mobile app and contacting you to offer you our services, among others, by sending our newsletters to your email. Being you a client, in addition, they will be treated to provide the service, maintain it and manage the contractual relationship with you. We do not make automated decisions. We keep personal data for the time strictly necessary taking into account the purpose for which said data was collected or to comply with the data retention periods required by law. Cancellations on the same day will only be accepted if realized before 10.00 am at the Reception.
